Service scope
The downloadable plugin provides WordPress health and risk checks, backup tools, update checks, security settings, file monitoring, reports and licence status. Hosted uptime monitoring, vulnerability intelligence, multi-site dashboards, client portals, white-label PDF reporting and paid account subscriptions are account services that may require additional activation.
No guarantee of prevention
Monitoring and security checks can have gaps. WPPulso does not guarantee that a site will never be attacked, unavailable, damaged or lose data, and is not an emergency malware-cleanup service.
Site owner responsibilities
You are responsible for having permission to manage each connected website, maintaining independent backups, reviewing findings and deciding whether to apply changes. Some plugin actions can change files, settings or stored data.
Accounts and billing
Account registration and paid checkout must show the selected price, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation terms before a paid subscription starts.
