Scope
This page summarises privacy considerations for users in the European Economic Area. The current plugin primarily stores site-check data on the WordPress installation where it runs. Hosted account services process only the account, licence, billing and support data needed for the selected workflow.
Requests
Applicable users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive certain personal data under data-protection law. Use the support portal or the company contact address for data requests.
Subprocessors
Email delivery, payment, security challenge and AI-assisted support providers may process limited data when those workflows are enabled. Provider credentials remain on the official WPPulso backend.
