paid WPPulso plans may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product materially does not work as described and support is unable to resolve the issue.

Cancellation
Customers may cancel future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless the refund policy applies.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not apply after heavy usage, policy abuse, completed service work or cases where the issue is caused by hosting, third-party plugins or unsupported site configuration.
Payment provider timing
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, card network, bank or crypto confirmation process.
